Friendship Day : History Behind it

My Dear Friends,

In 1935 USA government had killed a man on 1st Saturday of august,
next day his friend died committing suicide in his memory.

USA government had declared 1st Sunday of every August as friendship day.

This is 73rd friendship day(August 2nd).

Thats how we celebrate friendship day on 1st Sunday of every August.

Dr. Nitu Mandke had done many heart operations.
A mechanic was removing the cylinder heads from the motor of a car when he spotted the famous heart surgeon in his shop, who was standing off to the side, waiting for the service manager to come to take a look at his car.
The mechanic shouted across the garage, â€œHello Doctor! Please come over here for a minute.â€ The famous surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to the mechanic.
The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked argumentatively, â€œSo doctor, look at this. I also open hearts, take valves out, grind them, put in new parts, and when I finish this will work as a new one. So how come you get the big money, when you and me is doing basically the same work?â€
The doctor leaned over and whispered to the mechanicâ€¦..

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water

2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar

3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants (factory)

4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy

5. Make time for prayer

6. Play more games

7. Read more books than you did in 2008

8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day

9. Sleep for 7 hours

10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day —- and while you walk, SMILE !!

Personality:

11. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

12. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the

positive present moment.

13. Don’t over do ; keep your limits

14. Don’t take yourself so seriously ; no one else does

15. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip

16. Dream more while you are awake

17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
